Workshop Activities in Brief:
Auto Solution considers the following process for all types of vehicle repair, maintenance and servicing.
- Entrance ticket issued for each vehicle.
- Visual inspection and diagnosis/trouble shooting of the vehicle.
- Open the Job card.
- Write up repair needs & confirm delivery schedule of the vehicle.
- Inform the customer on necessary repair and obtain approval.
- Repairing/maintenance work is done as per job card/requirement.
- Monitoring work progress in case of additional job, obtain prior permission from customer.
- Final cheek for delivery & road test.
- Q/C Clearance from service Engineers.
- Close job card.
- Job explanation to the customer.
- Return all replaced spare parts to the customer.
- Prepare bill.
- Bill payment by customer.
- Account section issues a gate pass.
- Repaired vehicle is delivered to customer.
- Post services follow up after one week of delivery.
